This complete policy page governs all purchases made through VirgoStudios.co. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to all terms outlined below. These terms are binding and enforceable.

VirgoStudios.co is operated from Canada. Throughout this page, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VirgoStudios.co.

VirgoStudios.co reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products and services.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence.

All prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud or abuse.

All products sold are for personal use only. Unauthorized resale, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

VirgoStudios.co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

VirgoStudios.co ships both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Premade items typically ship after inventory pickup and processing. Based on current logistics, customer delivery estimates range from 3–5 weeks from order date depending on carrier processing, customs, and final-mile delivery.

Preorder items are made-to-order or produced in limited batches. All preorder listings are clearly marked.

Preorders have an estimated delivery window of 3–7 weeks (20–46 business days). This timeframe accounts for production, international freight (air or sea), customs clearance, and fulfillment.

Preorder delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by production schedules, freight carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, or force majeure do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.

Once an order is shipped and marked Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. VirgoStudios.co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Any “item not received” claims must be taken up directly with the carrier once delivery is confirmed.

All premade items, preorder items, limited drops, discounted items, and sale items are final sale.

Refunds are rare and only granted under the following conditions:

• Product arrives defective

•IfProduct arrives damaged in transit that’s is out of our hands and something you have to deal with the carrier.

Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery and must include clear photo or video evidence.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be considered.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, delayed delivery, customs delays, or failure to read product descriptions.

No exchanges are offered.

VirgoStudios.co reserves the right to deny any refund or return request that does not meet strict eligibility requirements.

Any attempt to abuse refunds, falsely claim damage, or initiate chargebacks after delivery confirmation will be treated as fraudulent activity.

We actively contest all chargebacks with proof including tracking confirmation, delivery verification, product descriptions, and policy acceptance.

Accounts engaging in chargeback abuse may be permanently banned.

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and products are the intellectual property of VirgoStudios.co. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

VirgoStudios.co makes no guarantees that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirgoStudios.co disclaims all warranties.

VirgoStudios.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VirgoStudios.co from any claims arising from your breach of these terms.

If any provision of this policy is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
