Limited releases, premade items, and preorder items may not be restocked.

PREORDERS

Some products are sold as PREORDER ITEMS.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that:

  • The item is not in stock at the time of purchase

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only (typically 3–7 weeks)

  • Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks

All preorder sales are final sale.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Delivered = Fulfilled: Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, the order is considered fully fulfilled. VirgoStudios.co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but claimed missing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are only considered for defective or damaged items reported within 2 hours of delivery with valid photo or video proof.

Items must be unworn to be eligible.

FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

Any attempt to:

  • File false disputes or chargebacks

  • Claim non‑delivery after confirmed delivery

  • Abuse refund or preorder systems

May be treated as fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to submit tracking data, timestamps, IP logs, and policy acknowledgments as evidence to payment processors and banks.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of VirgoStudios.co and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VirgoStudios.co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

FORCE MAJEURE
